A young, skinny and agile Barry Bonds was an eight-time Gold Glove award winner during his remarkable baseball career. This black Wilson A2002 glove was wielded by the superstar circa 1991 during his tenure with the Pittsburgh Pirates. The name "Barry Bonds" is embroidered in yellow capital letters on the thumb, and aside from some minor fading of the manufacturer stamps, this piece of baseball history is in outstanding condition, and is also impressive for its relatively small size for an outfielder's glove. The 1991 season marked the second of five straight Gold Gloves earned by Bonds. An incredible find from one of baseball's greatest players of All time from his legendary Pittsburgh Pirates days where Bonds paved the path for a Hall of Fame worthy career prior to the scandal that would surround him in his later years. Bonds game used gloves are very scarce and this piece from a Gold Glove season should have a tremendous value. Estimate $3000 - $5000+
