Bryan Trottier played 18 seasons in the NHL for the New York Islanders and Pittsburgh Penguins. He won four Stanley Cups with the Islanders, two with the Penguins and one as an assistant coach with the Colorado Avalanche. He holds the NHL record for points in a single period with six (four goals and two assists) in the second period against the Rangers on December 23, 1978. He is also one of only eight NHL players with multiple five-goal games.

This lot features a Bryan Trottier Victoriaville Ultra Vic 4050 game used stick. It is signed by Trottier and shows tremendous use to it and was given directly from Trottier as a gift to former Islanders equipment manager Joe McMahon. McMahon, who worked for the Islanders for two decades, started as a stick boy in 1983 at the age of 15 and later went on as an equipment manager for over two decades. A letter from McMahon guaranteeing it's authenticity is included with the stick.
