Offered is the first known example of an autographed 1909-1911 T206 Doc White baseball card. This card is brand new to the hobby, it comes from the original owner who acquired the autograph in person as a youngster. This unbelievable card is signed with his full name G. Harris White and is just incredible!

There are very few signed T206 cards are in existence today. Only 61 different poses of the 110 year old cards are known to be autographed, with some poses only having one known signed example. This discovery brings that number to 62 confirmed poses.

From 1903 to 1906, Doc White won at least 16 games each year; his earned run average was in the league's top four each year, as well. He led the league in ERA in 1906 with a 1.52 mark and went 18–6. That year, the White Sox won the pennant and their first World Series. In Game 5, White recorded the first save in World Series history.

It is impossible to predict what this new find will sell for. In the last 24 months the signed T206 market has been red-hot, with five sales of signed T206 cards over $25,000, two of which for over $30,000. The card does have a very faint but visible residue on the reverse as pictured. Authentication by James Spence Authentication (JSA)
