George Weiss helped build the great Yankees Teams of the 1930s and 40s. Working as the New York Yankees Farm hand director from 1932 to 1947 he helped the yankees win 9 American League Pennants and 8 World Series Championships. Under his reign as Farm hand director, Yankee greats such as Joe Dimaggio, Yogi Berra, and Phil Rizzuto careers were started. Weiss was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1971. Here is George Weiss's 1938 World Series Champions Ring. This ring is gold with a single diamond on the center. Around the diamond it reads New York Yankees World Champions. On both sides of the ring an Eagle is dipicted and it reads New York 1938. Please Note This is a Premium Lot and will require Special Shipping and Handling.
