On July 09, 2011, Derek Jeter made history, becoming just the 28th player in Major League history to record 3,000 career hits. As impressive as that feat is, even more impressive is the fact that Jeter was the first and only to do so a New York Yankee, adding to his already unbelievable list of career accolades which include the 1996 American League Rookie of the Year, 12 All-Star game selections, 4 Silver Slugger and 5 Gold Glove awards to go along with his 5 World Series rings. Ichiro holds the record for most hits in a single season and has over 2,000 career hits since starting in the Major's. Ichiro also has an MVP Award and a Rookie of the Year Award. Ichiro was acquired by the Yankees in the middle of the 2012 season and resigned with the team in the offseason. Both Future Hall of Famers, Jeter and Ichiro have both hand signed this MLB Baseball which is limited edition of 310. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included.
