This is an Official National League Warren Giles President Baseball autographed by the 1955 World Series Champion Brooklyn Dodgers. 1955 is the only year that the Brooklyn Dodgers ever won the World Series. A 1955 Team Signed Brooklyn Dodgers Baseball is one of the most coveted pieces of Brooklyn Dodgers Memorabilia! The 4 best autographs on the baseball are of Jackie Robinson, a pre accident signature of Roy Campanella, a rookie signature of Sandy Koufax, and Gil Hodges. There are 27 signatures on the ball including Hall of Famers Jackie Robinson, Roy Campanella, and Sandy Koufax, as well as Gil Hodges, Jim Gilliam, Johnny Podres, Karl Spooner, Frank Kellert, Don Hoak, Dixie Howell, Clem Labine, Don Zimmer, George Shuba, Roger Craig and more. It is very rare to have Sandy Koufax on a 1955 ball as he came up later in the year that year. There are some clubhouse signatures on the ball they are Meyer, Loes, Snider, Erskine, Furillo, Reese, Walker, Alston, Newcombe, and Amoros. On almost every 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers ball you see, the Snider, Reese and Loes are usually clubhouse signatures. Comes with a Full Letter JSA certificate of authenticity.
